ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 1, 2010

4:45P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B.

                        Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board noted that our FY2011 LA4 Form has been approved by the

      the state.

2.   The Board signed the following FY2011 forms related to the setting of

      the fiscal year 2011 tax rate: OL-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4.

3.   The Board approved the scheduling of the fiscal year 2011 classification

      hearing for 7:10P.M. on December 14, 2010.

4.   The Board decided to recommend that the Board of Selectmen take the

      following actions at the FY2011 Classification Hearing:

            Choose A Residential Factor of “1”

            Choose Not to adopt a Residential Exemption

            Choose Not to adopt a Small Commercial Exemption.

5.   The Board reviewed and approved a submission for the 2010 Town

      Report.

6.   The Board approved the submission to the Selectmen of a warrant article

      for the Spring Town Meeting that will allow us to transfer funds to pay for

      the FY2014 revaluation.

7.   The Board reviewed two pending Appellate Tax Board cases. The Board

      approved a settlement offer for one of the cases and directed the

      Administrative Assessor to seek further information from the Appellant

      for the other case.

8.   The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 7:15P.M. on Thursday,

      December 16, 2010.
